1. Ingredients required

Materials:

  • 3 eggs
  • 7 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp SP

Additional materials:

  • 12 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 sachet of white sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 sachet of instant coffee
  • 3 tablespoons hot water

2. Combine the ingredients

Prepare a container. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla powder and SP, stirring with a whisk. Stir well until thick white and not streaked.

3. Make the tiramisu dough

Sift flour and baking powder and mix in a clean container. Enter gradually and mix well.

Add the sweetened condensed milk, mix well then add the vegetable oil. Also mix the egg mixture that has been stirred before, stirring until blended.

4. Divide the dough into thirds

Divide the dough into three parts. Dissolve the cocoa powder with two tablespoons of hot water and add it to the first mixture. Then also dissolve instant coffee with one tablespoon of hot water and mix it with the second mixture. For the third dough, leave it without anything.

5. Pour onto the pan

Prepare a baking sheet, spread thin margarine thinly, and evenly throughout. Pour the first mixture then steam the first mixture for 10 minutes over medium heat. After that, pour the second mixture over the first mixture.

Steam for 10 minutes. Finally pour the third mixture, steam for 20 minutes over medium heat. Wait until cooked.

6. Remove and serve

Once cooked, remove the pan from the steamer. Remove the cake from the pan, top with it according to taste or leave it plain without topping. Cut the cake according to taste, then serve.
