  • 1 green tomato, cut into pieces

  • 100 grams of red chilies
  • 15 spring onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cm galangal
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1 cm turmeric

2. Clean the squid

Take 500 grams of squid, then clean it from ink and dirt. Then wash thoroughly with running water until completely clean, drain.

3. Blend the seasoning ingredients

Prepare spices such as red chilies, shallots, garlic, galangal, ginger, and turmeric. Then put it in the blender, process until the spices are smooth. Set aside.
