Spicy tuna curry recipe, the sauce makes you want to keep adding!

1. Materials needed
It’s not much different how to make spicy tuna curry from making other curries. It’s just that you will strengthen the spicy taste with chilies.
- 2 Tuna fish that have been washed and cleaned
- 100 grams of jackfruit that has been boiled beforehand
- 2 lemongrass stalks crushed
- 2 tamarind candis
- 70 ml instant coconut milk
- 450 ml of water
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 pieces of lime leaves
Materials that are mashed:
- 12 red curly chilies
- 6 pieces of red bird’s eye chilies
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 7 red onions
- 4 candlenuts
- 1 turmeric segment
- 1 segment of ginger
2. The first step, saute ground spices until fragrant
Many people make the mistake of sauteing the delicate ingredients when the oil is not hot or for a while until the stir fry is not yet necessary. Even though the aroma isn’t out yet, this is a sign that it’s not ripe.
After that, don’t forget to add the galangal, bay leaves, lemongrass and lime leaves.
3. Cut the cob into pieces
To make it easier to eat fish and each family member to get a decent ration, cut the fish into 3 equal portions.
4. Add enough water to the stir
Add water to the stir fry spices and wait for it to boil. After that, add the fish and jackfruit. Add salt and sugar to taste and don’t forget to check the taste!
