Soft and Creamy Banana Milk Pudding Recipe, Rich in Toppings!

Bananas and milk are common types of food and are used as a variety of foods. Whether it’s combined in making cakes, drinks, yogurt, and even pudding, it’s still delicious.

1. Prepare the ingredients

Material:

  • ½ banana
  • 2 glasses of full cream milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ¼ glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Toppings:
  • Whipped cream
  • ½ banana

2. Puree the banana with a fork or blender

Before making the pudding mixture, first puree the bananas with a fork or blender. After that, mix the ground banana, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla, and egg yolk in one container. Mixer this mixture on low speed until there are no lumps in it.

3. Cook the pudding until it boils

Bring the pudding mixture to a boil over medium heat. Make sure to keep stirring it until it’s bubbly for 6-8 minutes. Once cooked, remove the pudding and pour it into a mold or cup.

4. Cool the pudding and then slice the banana

To speed up the cooling process, place the pudding in the refrigerator for a few hours. Meanwhile, make the topping for the pudding first. Slice the banana into pieces, neither too thin nor too thick.

5. Serve the pudding with toppings

As for the presentation, add the whipped cream on top of the pudding to taste. After that, add the garnish in the form of banana slices on top of the whipped cream. Sweet pudding is ready to serve!

If the topping from the pudding is not enough, you can add other toppings such as choco chips or sweetened condensed milk. Good luck!
