2. Puree the spices
Blend or puree chilies, shallots, garlic, pecans, and a little turmeric.
3. Cut the cucumber and carrots
Cut the cucumber and carrots. Cut the same length, knead with salt, then wash. Remove and drain. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vinegar to the cucumber and carrot slices. Let stand for 1/2 hour. Don’t forget to remove the cucumber seeds.
4. Cut the corn and long beans

5. Saute ground spices
