Recipe for Making Butter Fried Tempe, Suitable for Vegetarians

1. The ingredients required
- 2 tempeh boards
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 2 packs of all-purpose flour
- 1 onion
- butter to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablepoons of oyster sauce
- 2 tablepoons chili sauce
- 2 tablepoons of tomato sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- enough water
2. Cut the tempeh according to taste
Cut tempeh according to taste, then mix with egg, oyster sauce, pepper, and salt in a container. After that, coat the tempeh with all-purpose flour, let stand a few minutes. Set aside.
3. Fry the tempeh until cooked
Pour oil into the pan, heat first. Enter the tempeh which has been covered with flour into it. Use medium heat so it doesn’t burn quickly. Tempeh fry until brown, remove and drain.
4. Heat butter in a skillet
