1. The ingredients required

Materials:

  • 3 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • Canola oil for frying
  • Maple syrup, agave, powdered sugar, or honey for sprinkling on top of cakes

2. Make a flour dough

  • First, in a large bowl, sieve the flour, baking powder, coconut oil and salt.
  • Then make a hole in the center and add water and add the eggs.
  • Gently stir the flour until it forms a dough.
  • Next, transfer it to a clean and lightly floured dough area and stir the dough gently for about 5-7 minutes.
