Lemon Herb Roasted Potatoes Recipe, Special Simple Western Cuisine

1. Prepare the necessary materials


  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter, melt
  • 6 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons parsley leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

2. Wash the potatoes and thinly sliced

3. Combine ingredients for seasoning

4. Bake the potatoes in the oven
