2. Mix several main ingredients
You can prepare a small skillet to fill with sugar, water, and lemon juice. Use low heat to cook slowly. When it boils a little, add honey to it and stir it evenly.
3. Caramelize the candy dough
If you have a food thermometer, then check the temperature of the dough until it reaches 146-155 degrees Celsius. This process is carried out until the dough is well caramelized. If so, put it aside.
4. Molding the dough into candy
You certainly need to be careful at this step because the dough used will be very hot when exposed to hands. Print the dough using a mold, it is recommended to use a silicone mold. If so, leave it at room temperature until the temperature drops, then put it in the refrigerator.
